Multiple Config Files

- Added a config selector at the bottom of the menu, allowing you to save up to 9 configurations (doesn't work on the Android version).
- You can now have up to 3 custom hair styles.
- There is a new custom hair file, custom_bg2.png, which is drawn behind everything (the custom_bg.png file is drawn behind her head, but in front of her body).
- Improved the colour pickers

The config file save location changed, so any previous settings you may have won't load by default. In the Windows version, you can copy the contents of your previous config file (located at %localappdata%/The_Handjob_Interactive/) into one of the new config files (%localappdata%/The_Handjob_Interactive/config/).
